On Monday 26 June Philips Lighting and Leads to Loyals signed a contract for database maintenance activities. Initially, Leads to Loyals will migrate all European data to the Philips database. All Philips Lighting information/data on relevant customers will be maintained, screened and updated on a daily basis. The reliability and consistency of the Philips database are the primary objectives. In addition, Leads to Loyals will supply reports to provide Philips with correct information about the processes and the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
