Background Kappa Interbox
Kappa Interbox is an international manufacturer of solid cardboard packaging for fruits and vegetables. To be able to more efficiently and successfully service their international market they needed an international lead generation programme. The objective of this programme was to qualify prospects and make appointments with the right contact persons for the Kappa account managers.

Role Leads to Loyals
Leads to Loyals delivers the programme using a web-based system that manages the communication with pre-qualified prospects. Communication methods used are various websites, direct mail and e-mail. The system ensures optimum management of the lead generation programme, provides support to the Kappa account managers and gives realtime insight into the campaign and sales results.

Organisation and execution of the used print, (e-)mailings, fulfilment and the logistical services such as stock management, handling and dispatch.
