At the 2004 Athens Olympics, 28 of the 33 venues requiring permanent lighting had their lighting supplied by Philips.
Products include a full range of incandescent and halogen lamps, compact and normal fluorescent lamps, high-intensity gas-discharge and special lamps, fixtures, lighting electronics, ballasts, LED (light-emitting diode)-based lighting and automotive lamps.
Philips Lighting employs some 44,000 people worldwide. Manufacturing operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Poland, the United States, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Thailand, the People’s Republic of China, South Korea, Spain and Mexico.
Philips Lighting asked Leads to Loyals to offer database maintenance activities. Initial all European data has to be migrated to the Philips database. On a daily basis all data from (non-) visited customers from Philips Lighting has to be maintained, screened and updated in a way that is consistent and valid in the Philips database. Furthermore, reports are necessary to provide Philips with correct information about the process and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator).

Management reports.
Setup and control of the database which is integrated in a ICT platform. As a result all data can be updated, cleaned and deduplicated so that eventually the data can be loaded back into the Philips database.
