Four times a year Staatsbosbeheer (the National Forest Service in the Netherlands) publishes a magazine for its (approximately) 60,000 subscribers. The primary objective of the magazine is to increase the public's awareness of Staatsbosbeheer. The magazine also supports the professional image of Staatsbosbeheer as an independent conservation organisation.
Structuring and management of subscriber database;
Structuring and realisation of campaign management;
Subscriber management and distribution of the magazine;
Inbound and outbound telephone calls and e-mail helpdesk;
Financial administration/collection;
Management reports.
Structuring and management of the marketing database and the campaign management. A single point of contact for all the disciplines within the area of subscriber management. The result is an integrated ICT platform used for all communications to and from subscribers.
