TNT needed a closer connection to its customers. Together with Leads to Loyals a loyalty programme was developed for this purpose.
Active participants in the programme automatically collect TNT expressions points on every order. To create even more involvement a dedicated website with a web shop was set up. Here, collectors can request their points balance and order gifts online.
